2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form: name, email, the type of decision you're asking about, and your message. This is processed to respond to your enquiry.

Through Google Analytics, and only if you accept the analytics cookie in the consent banner: aggregated, where possible anonymised, browsing data (pages visited, traffic source, device), used to understand and improve how the site is used.

3. Legal basis

Processing of contact form data is based on the explicit consent of the data subject, given by checking the consent box and submitting the form.

Processing of analytics data is likewise based on consent, given through the cookie banner, and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is stored on Firebase/Google Cloud Platform (Google Ireland Limited and, indirectly, Google LLC), which acts as a data processor under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Analytics data is processed through Google Analytics on the same terms.

No data is shared with third parties other than the technology providers named above, except where required by law.

5. Retention period

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and, afterwards, for the period required to address any liability arising from the contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to administracion@niceplanet.es, specifying the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe processing does not comply with applicable law.

The only personal data processed is what you provide directly through this website's contact form.
